Australia's Department of Finance, Services and Innovation appoints SAI Global as property and land title information provider

Australia's Department of Finance, Services and Innovation (DFSI) has announced the appointment of SAI Global as an approved information broker to NSW government agencies and local councils.

SAI Global is one of 4 approved providers to be appointed by the DFSI after an extensive tender process, to date.

Following the closure of the DFSI's online information portal on 1 July 2016, SAI Global will supply land titles, property information and valuations to all DFSI customers.

"We are excited to have been appointed by the Department of Finance, Services and Innovation as a provider of information services. The provision of land and property information is at the heart of our business and will remain a core part of our long term strategy. We are already one of the largest providers of property information in Australia, and we expect to see continued growth in our property information business in the coming years. There are fantastic opportunities ahead as part of digitising the property transaction from digital listing through to electronic settlement. Our goal is to remain a key player in the property ecosystem, bringing our banking, finance, legal and conveyancing clients together with our products and services along the property transaction. We look forward to providing increasingly more innovative and valuable services to DFSI’s customers."
