SAI Global Completes Acquisition of Modulo International

SAI Global Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed its acquisition of Modulo International (Modulo Security LLC), a leading US IT governance, risk, and compliance (IT GRC) technology solutions company.

With the acquisition complete, Modulo International is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAI Global.

The completed acquisition combines Modulo International's specialisation in IT GRC and proprietary IT Risk Management software automation platform, Risk Manager™, with SAI Global's Compliance 360© platform and market leading risk software capabilities – creating a significantly enhanced offering for existing and new clients globally.
